orphemes.Othermorphemesareneverusedindependentlyinspeechandwriting.Theyarealwaysattachedtofreemorphemestoformnewwords.Thesemorphemesarecalledboundmorphemes.Thedistinctionbetweenafreemorphemesandaboundmorphemeiswhetheritcanbeusedindependentlyinspeechorwriting・Freemorphemesaretherootsofwords,whileboundmorphemesaretheaffixes(prefixesandsuffixes).Inflexionalandderivationalmorphemes
