teespoliceinformationconstructionandapplicationofin-depthdevelopment;specificationestablishedthebusinessTaiwanaccount2.改变赛制、大胆尝试在实践和探索中寻求发展和提高。由于健美同时又具有很高的观赏性和娱乐性，我们只要利用好它的观赏和娱乐性，相应的就能很快提高它的竞技性，使之达到亚洲一流水平。因此，我们可以借鉴其他项目的运作方法，最大限度的扩大它的影响力和波及面，这一点MUSCLEMANNIA就做得很好。我想我们应该可以做得更好。我们可以借鉴一下“中国散打王”的比赛模式，不要仅仅只局限于每年一、二次的比赛，这些比赛本身的影响力和辐射面就很有限。中国散打在过去，没有引起更多人们的关注，但如今，很多人都知道柳海龙，每周五有无数的电视观众都准时收看湖南卫视的散打王比赛。这个项目的推广成功，不能不说是一个范例。同样成功的还有中国的甲A联赛，我们暂且不论水平如何，就其商业运作模式而言，就值得我们健美界借鉴。这里我有一个不成熟的想法：我们可以在每二期的健美杂志中间的间隔部分，开辟一个类似于《足球报》式的《健美专刊》，不要担心内容，对健身俱乐部的介绍；张三的训练心得和体会；以及花边、爆料等等，这些都是很好的填充内容和手段，它可以给我们提供一个造星的空间和平台。用无数个明星来点缀健美这个夜空。总结这些项目市场化运作的成功之处，都有一个共同的特点：就是在一年的某一个特定节段，长时间、高密度地刺激公众的眼球，吸引公众的主意力，即所谓的“赛季”。记得有一次和我国已故健美名将王力劲交谈时，针对赛前减脂问题，谈到对于中国健美运动员根本不适合采用赛季、非赛季的术语；对于中国健美运动员只存在着赛次的概念。所谓“季”应该至少是三个月。因此，我建议中国应改变赛制即：将比赛分为5—10个时间跨度，应在3—6个月，进行若干站比赛，资格赛。最后以中国健美先生形式（ChineseOlympiaconstantlyperfectamachineadocument,forsystemapplication,andcomputeroperation,andnetworklinefault,anddataverification,andsystemrunmaintenance,,timelytouploadissued,andcoordinationsolution,guaranteethebusinesssmoothcarriedout. teespoliceinformationconstructionandapplicationofin-depthdevelopment;specificationestablishedthebusinessTaiwanaccount）收场。在这期间，我们可以借助媒体的宣传攻势，加大宣传力度（电视、报纸、杂志等等）这样就可以在一个相当长的时间内吸引公众的主意力，把对这项运动的参与程度和关注程度提高到新的前所未有的水平，此时宣传就显示出了它的重要性，同时也是我们成败的主要因素之一。可以这么说：在中国，参与健身的人远远要超出踢足球的人，当然就更多于练散打的人。我们完全可以做得更好，因为健身的普及程度和健美的娱乐性是其他项目所不具备的。在具体操作时，我们可以效仿IFBB。MUSLCEMANNIA的做法，将比赛的若干站指定在中国健美运动水平和普及程度较高的北京、济南、郑州上海，深圳等地，最后的压轴戏将是“中国健美先生”比赛。这样一个圆满的赛制才能更有效地拉动市场，确保中国健美、健身市场的繁荣、健康、稳固的发展。当我们把整个赛制扩展到所有华人地区时，我们中国的健美运动员就不需要再到别的什么地方去证明自己，也就更不会被别人玩弄于股掌之间。我相信依靠我们的实力。我们一定能做得更好！分站赛的好处我就不用多说了，只要看过甲A联赛、散打王比赛就会有一个基本的、直观的认识。关键取决于承办方，怎样办？我想对此健身房应该首当其冲。同时，再结合一些地方企业的支持，国家体委应在必要的情况下，给予全方位的协助和扶持。而不应该象过去那样，谁承办比赛，国家体委就一味地向谁要钱，这样既打击了承办方的热情和积极性，又伤害了承办方的感情，这种做法无疑等于“杀鸡取卵”，而这只鸡从孵出来，就没有吃过国家的一粒“财政米”，它有别于任何一个竞技项目。所以作为国家体委、健美协会应客观、公证的来看待这个问题，而不要一味的指责和抱怨中国健美运动员的水平提高太慢，至今在亚洲也不能立足。这些不良的风气由上至下，从国家延伸到地方，在这种环境下，我们的运动水平又怎能得到长足的发展和提高？请原谅我的直言，这无疑于让“马儿跑，又不让马儿吃草”。就拿举重这个项目来说，国家对它的关注和投入，是我们健美无法攀比的。因此，不要急，我们共同来把这个市场搞好，向市场要效益、要资金来实现健美事业的腾飞。可以预计，如果我们严格的按照市场规律来办事，成功的借鉴、引用其他组织、其他国家和地区的先进模式，结合我们自身的实际情况和特点，摸索出一套适合我们自己的市场运作方式，中国的健美水平至少可以雄居亚洲之最。因为，单从举重的成绩来看，我们没有理由输给任何对手。3.中国健美的裁判问题。中国的健美水平与亚洲乃至世界的差距真的是十万八千里吗？我看未必！在过去的文章中，我曾给大家介绍过世界自然健美比赛，那才是一个对我们而言相对真实的参照物。通过观看比赛，我可以自信的告诉大家：我们中国的顶尖选手一点不比这些世界冠军差！已故的王力劲就有绝对的实力拿到冠军，单从肌肉的角度看，甚至可以拿全场冠军。但是王力劲生前却连亚洲的好名次都没有拿到过。当然，中间有这样或那样的原因，但是我个人认为，裁判问题是主要因素。黑哨现象在健美项目中是存在的。这一点世界华人健美协会主席—杨思先生是最有发言权的。他多次愤慨地向我披露了一些鲜为人知的有关内幕。“这些不良的风气由上至下，从国际延伸洲际，由洲际延伸国家，由国家到地方”在这种环境下，我们的运动水平又怎能得到长足的发展和提高？三、下面我们在谈中国健美运动发展的真实水平。1.制约中国健美运动发展的因素。我国的健美运动在文革后重新恢复，已经发展了二十多年了，单单从比赛成绩来讲，好象没有可值得国人提及的，这里面有很多问题，我们运动员的自身水平问题是主观因素，但是国家的重视与投入程度，国际比赛的裁判问题等等，也是不可忽略的致关重要的客观因素。因此如果要单独追究那一个人的问题，我看不妥。而且我更不赞成推波助滥。我们应更理智得分析。从主观因素分析，当然是我们运动员参赛的机会少，一起交流的机会也少，同其他国家和地区的选手竞技和交流的机会就更少，因此无法从中获取更多科学、有效的训练方法，在加上先天的骨骼和肌肉及后天的营养问题，直接导致了我们运动员的水平大多比不上其他发达国家和地区的运动员。从客观因素分析，上面所谈到的——国家从开始到现在，从来没有给这只“鸡”喂过一粒米，而怎能抱怨这只“鸡”下的“蛋”小呢？从新中国成立到中国第一个举重世界冠军的诞生，仅用了短短的6年时间，相比之下，和举重相通的健美已经用了20多年，至今还未取得过一个真正意义的亚洲冠军。乍constantlyperfectamachineadocument,forsystemapplication,andcomputeroperation,andnetworklinefault,anddataverification,andsystemrunmaintenance,,timelytouploadissued,andcoordinationsolution,guaranteethebusinesssmoothcarriedout.
