文体概述
投诉信是人们在遇到一些不文明现象、所购
商品质量差、售后服务不满意等情况下解决
问题的一个方法。在语言方面,要注意把握
分寸,要公平、公正。投诉信应包括三个方
面的内容:
1. 表明写信目的,投诉的内容。
2. 投诉的具体原因。
3. 希望得到的结果。

I am Li Hua. I am writing to complain about
one of your bus-drivers’ improper and rude
behaviors.
Last Sunday, I was taking the No. 102 bus
whose driver not only kept on talking with a
man loudly but also drove very fast. So some
passengers advised him to concentrate on
driving, but he didn’t pay any attention.
What’s worse , he drove even faster. Then
another passenger couldn’t bear it, asking
the driver to keep the passengers’ safety in
