合同终止解除报盘 退工办理手续操作流程 退工受理时间: 25 日-10 日。例:办理七月退工,应在 6 月 25 日 至 7 月 10 日前来办理。 所需资料: 增减变动表一式两份加盖单位公 章,退工单一式四份(若单位需要留底准备五份)加盖公章。 (外地 人辞职报告需两张) 1. 协商解除:需要协商解除劳动关系的协议书,单位盖章,员工 本人签字。 2. 辞职:员工本人的辞职报告,需本人签字。 3. 违纪:要有解除劳动关系证明。单位有工会,需工会盖章。 4. 期满:可在合同到期日后一个月内办理。 注意点:( 1)以上 1.2.3 点都须出具原件。( 2)退工单上档案 转移去向填写: 外地户籍: 填原单位。 本地户籍惠山区的: 填惠山区。 出惠山区的本市人员: 填户籍所在的区劳动局例南长区劳动局, 北塘 区劳动局。( 3)之前如在无锡参保过的,退工时之前的参保档案要 齐全才予以退工。( 4)退工单辞职原因:代码 40:劳动者提前 30 日以书面形式通知用人单位解除劳动合同(辞职)。 61:合同期满。 22:严重违反劳动纪律或用人单位规章制度。 11:协商解除,职工方 提出。12:协商解除,单位方提出。 140:其他原因。 到社保所下发 本单位业务数据,然后在劳动保障单位管理系统点击 择读盘路径 就读盘全选,开始读盘,读完后点击关闭。然后点击选择办理退 工的人员点中,然后点击 条,跳出以下窗口 ,,读盘报盘,选,点击单位数据,,,跳出退工人员信息,双 击退工人员信息 解除合同日期以退工单日期为准,解除原因按实际情况选择,是 否送档本地选是, 档案去向本地户口写户口所在地的区社保中心, 外 地选否统一输原单位,蓝色字体的都要输写完毕,点击返回保存,退 出。再到现退工人员信息,,辞职的选择 ,读盘报盘选择,选中退工人员点击,,选其他的退工理由自己 对照选择,然后保存,关闭。点击择报盘路径,选中人员增减,劳关 解除打钩,开始报盘。劳动打印 --- 退工单,一式四份。 报盘与还盘 具备发盘的四要素 ? 向一个或一个以上的特写人提出 ? 表明订立合同的意思 ? 发盘内容必须十分确定 ? 送达受盘人 报盘函例文—报盘 Dear Sir, Thank you for your letter of 10th March.
