本课为格林童话中的一个故事,为五年级下册第一单元内容,因缺乏教材,执教者以简易绘本的形式将教学内容呈现给学生。
故事内容清晰简单,主要分为派对前、派对中,派对后三个板块,讲述了学生耳熟能详的灰姑娘的故事。然而简单的故事内容在教学时有利有弊——方便学生理解的同时,却限制了学生的能力发展。因此在教学时,执教者尽可能地将学生的自主学习能力、表演能力以及想象力发挥到极限,将课堂翻转,让学生在故事中享受英语表演。
学情分析:
五年级的学生具备一定的自学能力,完全可以通过预习消化本课内的大多数新知识点。他们对故事和表演保留着极大的热情,希望课堂中的大部分时间可以用作合作表演。
在上课前一天与学生熟悉的过程中,执教者对学生的单词掌握情况进行了前测,发现本课中的12个新词只有两三个不太会,于是执教者当场示范了拼读法、迁移法等学习生词的方式,并鼓励学生回家后制作单词卡来展示自己的自学过程。

教后反思:
本课的故事内容学生早已熟悉,且前测显示,生词和句型对学生来说都不是难点,因此执教者秉着“翻转课堂”的理念,让学生在课前预习中自学新知,而课堂上只对知识点作简要的说明,把剩余时间留给学生尽情地表演,享受故事本身带来的乐趣。
在处理知识点时,执教者主要采用自主学习、方法展示等策略进行简单教学,而对于朗读则会花更多的时间,同时要求学生利用旧知,为故事补充动作、旁白、台词等内容,且这些内容最后也需要被表演出来。
对于表演,执教者时自己也会参与其中,以身示范,以达到鼓励学生的效果,由一幕一幕的处理,最后汇总成整篇故事的展示,整个过程始终要求六人一组,可以促使学生在课文内容少的情况下添加美容,这对执教者的课堂调控和学生的表现能力都是很好的挑战。
但是,在执教本课的过程中,也出现了一些问题需要改进:
1. 本人的语速较快,因为是借班上课,学生可能不太适应新教师及课堂用于,对于一些简单的问题或是读课文也迟迟不敢举手回答;
2. 在学习文本时,因学生已经做到了充分预习,所以知识点的处理简化,但在时间的分配上还是做的不够好,导致学生在一幕一幕表演后,没能串成一个故事整体表演。
3. 在鼓励学生进行文本补充时,有两次的补充句型单一重复,本人没能很好的进行追问或帮助学生改进,从未拓展学生的语言能力,是一大遗憾。
本次比赛,本人收获良多,即使失败的环节也是宝贵的财富,非常感谢来自各方的帮助,期待自己下次的进步。
