Passage 1:
It was a bright day. Mary, Tom and May decided to go for a picnic in the zoo. When they reached their destination, they found a shady place under a big tree and settled down there shortly. May took off her straw hat while Tom and Mary unpacked the picnic stuff.
The pleasant smell of the fried chicken wings caught the three people's immediate attention, so they did not notice a monkey behind the tree at all; It was attracted by May's unique colorful straw hat. "What a pretty hat! It would fit me perfectly," the monkey thought. Without delay, it gathered three other monkeys to achieve its aim. In return it offered to help them get the mouth-watering food. The monkeys agreed to the deal. All of them hid behind a bush, waiting for a surprise attack on the three people. An opportunity arose when May bent over to pick up a sandwich. A monkey hurriedly grasped the hat which was lying at the corner while the rest seized the food. The three persons were too shocked to say any words but the monkeys had climbed up the tree.
The monkey was unhappy because the hat did not fit it. It threw the hat up into the air in disappointment, and turned its focus on the food. Mary, Tom and May were excited to see the hat.

Passage 2:
Nick is a 19-year-old pizza boy from Glenwood Springs, Colorado. He did something amazing recently.
It happened on 15th this month. When he arrived at a customer's house, he found a man lying on the ground outside. There was something really wrong. He wasn't moving at all. One of his friends was on the phone calling 911, the other trying CPR. But he didn't know how to do that. So
he turned to Nick immediately he showed up and asked him if he knew how to do CPR.
Nick happened to have learned how to perform CPR when he was younger. So he started giving the man CPR. EMTs arrived at the scene shortly after and took over for Nick after the man started breathing and then the man was sent to the hospital.
The man's two friends shook Nick 's hand and tipped him very well. Without Nick, the man might have died.
Nick’s story shows the importance of learning how to perform CPR. We all should learn how to do that.
StepIV. Self-promotion
