试卷答案
1.
2.Possible version:
Different students have different attitudes toward voluntary work. 70% of the students approve of doing voluntary work. They consider that it can make a contribution to society and that it is a worthwhile job to help others. It can also bring personal benefits and will contribute to their future because they can gain valuable experience and skills for their future career. Voluntary work often opens up opportunities for them, build up confidence, self-awareness, good communication skills and leadership ability.
25% of the students disapprove of doing voluntary work. They think the work is done without payment and it is a waste of time. The rest of the students don’t have clear attitudes towards it, nor do they care about it.
I think each of us should make a contribution to society. No matter how small it is, it will help make a difference.
3.
4.Possible versions:
An English proverb has it that “it’s no use crying over the spilt milk”. This picture precisely captures one of such situations—a bottle of milk has been accidentally dropped onto the ground. The reactions of the two individuals in the pictures are totally different. One exclaims “Oh, God, it’s all finished!” whereas the other one is more positive and calm, claiming that “there is still some left.”
There are rich implications underlying this scene. For the same event, two different individuals make two totally different observations and comments. For the pessimistic mind, they tend to give up. Finally, they would blame the failure on
others.
By contrast, people with an optimistic state of mind would turn the negative into the positive, through efforts. With strong willpower, they would persist to the end, convinced that as long as they keep trying, their hard efforts would pay off. Those are the people who can often succeed where others fail. Obviously, they are the people whom we should try to emulate.
5.One possible version:
Li Hua, a senior three student, is very busy with his lessons every day. Last Saturday, as usual, he went to weekend classes. In the evening, he studied at home until deep into the night. He was so sleepy and tired that he couldn’t work effectively. On Sunday morning, Li Hua was about to study when his father came up and advised him to have a rest. Soon they had a good idea. They made a kite and then the family went to the suburbs. Li Hua enjoyed himself flying the kite. The family had a picnic together, relaxing in the open air. On Monday, Li Hua was energetic and active in class. He said it was only because he had a better weekend.
