The campaign draws our attention to wasting on campus. Some students are noticed to throw away a lot of food in the canteen. As is often the case, some lights are still on with nobody in classrooms. What’s more, many a student spends much money buying unnecessary items. ‎ As far as I am concerned, it’s high time that we fought against wasting. Here are my suggestions. Firstly, I think our school should carry out various activities to arouse students’ awareness of saving. Secondly, relevant rules and regulations are supposed to be made to punish those who waste things. Most importantly, we should form the habit of saving from now, from ourselves. It is everyone’s duty to save resources. ‎ ‎2.【参考范文】‎ Dear Editor, ‎ Recently a survey has been carried out to find out how middle school students spend their pocket money. ‎ In this survey, both junior students and senior students spend most of their money on books, snacks and games, still some money goes to clothes, banks, sports, and so on. The survey shows that about 46% of seniors prefer books to snacks(37%)and games(31%). On the other hand, only 32% of juniors spend their pocket money buying ‎ books, while over a half buying snacks and 44% playing games. Both seniors and juniors would not waste too much money on clothes or put it in banks. ‎ I think a lot of snacks will not only make us put on weight but also do harm to our health. In addition, if we play games without limit, we’ll lose much precious time, which results in low grades. Furthermore, money is hard-earned. I hope we students value our money as well as our time. ‎ ‎3.【参考范文】‎ How to deal with used books after graduation?‎ In the three senior high school years, we students have learned much knowledge and consolidated our knowledge by doing plenty of exercises from the reference books we continually buy. When it comes to how to deal with these books after graduation, I think there are different ways. ‎ Throwing them away is of course the easiest way but a waste of money, material and even our wisdom because we have left some helpful marks in these books. Selling them to be recycled can be beneficial to our environment but it isn’t a completely satisfying way. I think if we want to make full use of these books we can send them to the younger ones who need them badly. ‎ Thus they not only save money but get the experience of learning from the books we used. Perhaps this is the best way to deal with our used books. ‎
