I'm sorry to know that you're having such a bad time at present. Don't worry.
At adolescence everybody will meet such a problem like you. The reason may be the high pressure of study. So you are supposed to learn to control your temper. Do something to relax yourself. Every time you're in low spirits, you can share your feelings with your friends. I really hope you can adjust your emotion and can be happy every day.
Best wishes.
Yours,
Jamine
Worried:

[1]Failure is probably the most exhausting experience a person ever has. There is nothing more tiring than not succeeding.
[2]We experience this tiredness in two ways: as startup fatigue (疲惫) and performance fatigue. In the former case, we keep putting off a task because it is either too boring or too difficult. And the longer we
delay it, the more tired we feel.
[3]Such startup fatigue is very real, even if not actually physical, not something in our muscles and bones. The solution is obvious though perhaps not easy to apply: always handle the most difficult job first.
[4]Years ago, I was asked to write 102 essays on the great ideas of some famous authors. Applying my own rule, I determined to write them in alphabetical order (按字母顺序), never letting myself leave out a tough idea. And I always started the day's work with the difficult task of essaywriting. Experience proved that the rule works.
[5]Performance fatigue is more difficult to handle. Though willing to get started, we cannot seem to do the job right. Its difficulties appear so great that, however hard we work, we fail again and again. In such a situation, I work as hard as I can — then let the unconscious take over.
[6]When planning Encyclopaedia Britannica (《大英百科全书》), I had to create a table of contents based on the topics of its articles. Nothing like this had ever been done before, and day after day I kept coming up with solutions, but none of them worked. My fatigue became almost unbearable.
[7]One day, mentally exhausted, I wrote down all the reasons why this problem could not be solved. I tried to convince myself that the trouble was with the problem itself, not with me. Relieved, I sat back in an easy chair and fell asleep.
[8]An hour later, I woke up suddenly with the solution clearly in
mind. In the weeks that followed, the solution which had come up in my unconscious mind proved correct at every step. Though I worked as hard as before, I felt no fatigue. Success was now as exciting as failure had been depressing.
[9]Human beings, I believe, must try to succeed. Success, then, means never feeling tired.
51.People with startup fatigue are most likely to ________.
A.delay tasks B.work hard
C.seek help D.accept failure
52.What does the author recommend doing to prevent startup fatigue?
A.Writing essays in strict order.
B.Building up physical strength.
C.Leaving out the toughest ideas.
D.Dealing with the hardest task first.
53.On what occasion does a person probably suffer from performance fatigue?
A.Before starting a difficult task.
B.When all the solutions fail.
C.If the job is rather boring.
D.After finding a way out.
54.According to the author, the unconscious mind may help us ________.
A.ignore mental problems
B.get some nice sleep
C.gain complete relief
D.find the right solution
55.What could be the best title for the passage?
A.Success Is Built upon Failure
B.How to Handle Performance Fatigue
C.Getting over Fatigue: A Way to Success
D.Fatigue: An Early Sign of Health Problems

选A 根据第二段中的“we keep putting off a task ...the longer we delay it, the more tired we feel”可知应选A,keep putting off a task与A项的delay tasks照应,为同义替换。
选D 倒数第三段的最后一句以及第8段的“An hour later, I woke up suddenly with the solution clearly in mind”告诉我们,当陷入困境时,不妨暂时放松休息,过一段时间之后,情况自会有所好转,在无意识的状态下可能会找到正确的方法。
1.exhausting adj.
2.solution n. 解决
3.handle vt.
4.unbearable adj.
5.unconscious adj.
6.put off 延期
8.come up with 提出,想出

Yevette Vazquez, from Fort Worth, Texas, was dropping off her 12yearold son Elijah at school when she saw that there were more parked cars than usual for a school run. “I ask him why there were so many cars,” Vazquez wrote in a Facebook post that has been shared more than 6,000 times. (2018·重庆模拟)In my dual (双重的) profession as an educator and
health care provider, I have worked with many children infected with the virus that causes AIDS. They have taught me so many things, but I have especially learned that great courage can be found in the smallest of packages.
Tyler was born infected with HIV and his mother was also infected. From the very beginning of his life, he was dependent on medications to enable him to survive.
When he was five, he had a tube surgically inserted in a vein (静脉) in his chest. This tube was connected to a pump, which he carried in a small backpack on his back. Medications were hooked up to this pump and were continuously supplied through this tube to his bloodstream. At times, he also needed supplemented oxygen to support his breathing.
Tyler wasn't willing to give up one single moment of his childhood to this deadly disease. It was not unusual to find him playing and racing around his backyard, wearing his backpack full of medicine and dragging his tank of oxygen behind him in his little wagon (货车). All of us who knew Tyler marveled (成就;奇迹) at his pure joy in being alive and the energy it gave him. Tyler's mom often teased him by telling him that he moved so fast that she needed to dress him in red. That way, when she peered through the window to check on him playing in the yard, she could quickly spot him.
This dreaded disease eventually wore down even the likes of a little dynamo like Tyler. He grew quite ill, and unfortunately, so did his HIVinfected mother. When it became apparent that he wasn't going to survive, Tyler's mom talked to him about death. She comforted him by telling Tyler that she was dying too, and that she would be with him soon
in heaven.
A few days before his death, Tyler called me over to his hospital bed and whispered, “I might die soon. I'm not scared. When I die, please dress me in red. Mom promised she's coming to heaven, too. I'll be playing when she gets there, and I want to make sure she can find me.”

A.It was his mother's favorite color.
