A as well as B(不仅B而且A,强调A)作句子主语时,根据A确定谓语动词的形式, 类似用法的短语还有with, together with, like(像), but(除了), rather than(并非,而不是), including, except等。

② not only … but also … 不仅……而且……
not only A but also B(不仅A而且B,强调B)作句子主语,应根据 原则确定谓语动词形式。
